Canceling your trip
Cancel from the trip page. Before you confirm, we show exactly what comes back to you under the listing's cancellation policy.
Extending your trip
Ask for an extension from your trip page. Extra days are priced at the car's rate for those dates and charged to the card you booked with.
Delaying pickup or returning early
You can shift pickup or return by up to 12 hours, or hand the car back early and get part of the unused days refunded. Both need the host to accept.
Switching to a different car
Either side can propose a car swap on a booked trip. The other side has to accept, and the price difference is settled when they do.
Changing where or when the car is handed over
Pickup and return locations can be changed on a booked trip, with one round of price negotiation. Airport delivery windows move without changing the price.
Host no-shows
If your host does not hand over the car at pickup, report it from the trip page. The trip is canceled immediately with a full refund.
