Moving pickup or return

You or the host can propose a new pickup or return location from the trip page. Hosts price these, so a request from you goes over without an amount on it.

The host then does one of three things.

1. Accepts your request as it stands.
2. Declines it.
3. Counters once with a price: same price, an extra charge, or a refund. The host can swap in a different spot at the same time.

A counter comes back to you to accept or decline. There is only one round, so a counter is the final offer. If you decline, the trip keeps its original locations.

Airport delivery windows

On an airport delivery either side can propose a new meet window. There is no price change, it only moves when you meet.

If you added your flight number to the booking and the flight is delayed, we send the host a new window built around your updated arrival, in your name, so they can accept it in one tap. You do not have to do anything. If the delay keeps growing, the window is re-sent with the latest arrival rather than piling up requests.

Timing

Change requests expire after 24 hours, or at the end of the trip if that comes first.
