Your profile and account data
What hosts see
Your first name, your photo, and your intro go to a host when you send a booking request. Keep the intro short and useful. Say what you are in town for and how much renting you have done before.
Phone number
Add your number in your account and verify it with the code we text you. A verified number is what switches on text notifications and lets a host reach you at handoff.
Password
Change it from your account by entering your current one first. If you have only ever signed in with Google, you do not know a current password, so use Forgot password on the sign-in page to set one instead.
Your public link
Your account has a Username field. It sets the short public address for your Garage, which is /garage/ followed by your username. Share it if you want people to see the cars you own. Changing the username retires the old link the moment you save, so anyone holding it lands on nothing.
Exporting your data
Export my data downloads a file covering your profile, your verification statuses, every trip and charge, your credits, the reviews you wrote and received, your support cases, and your FanScore history. It is a plain data file, not a report to read, so open it in a spreadsheet or a text editor.
Deleting your account
Deletion is permanent. It is blocked while you have a live trip, an unresolved charge, an open claim, a deposit still held, or money in flight, and the page names whichever of those is in the way. Settle those first, then delete.
