FanValue gives you a private-party value for your car: what one person would pay another today, not dealer retail or trade-in.

Running one

Open the car in your Garage and choose Calculate FanValue. The car needs a VIN. A run takes seconds, and it is free every time. Running FanFax on a car also starts a first FanValue estimate, so the graph is never empty.

What you get

• The headline value, plus a low to high range and a confidence read
• The date the estimate was made
• An itemized list of what the options on the car are worth (free supercharging, a wrap, upgraded wheels), already included in the headline number
• What moves the value up or down, with amounts where they can be put on a number
• A rarity read, when the car is unusual enough for one
• Comparable live listings and recent sales, linked so you can open them

The value over time graph

Every finished estimate becomes one point on the car's graph, with the range shaded around the line. Hover a point to see its date and value. One estimate shows a single point, so recalculate in a month or two to start a trend.

Recalculate whenever you want: after a service, before selling, or when the market moves. Old estimates stay on the graph.
